We left Oslo on Monday night on a train to Goteborg, which turned out to be half bus... but whatever! We were so excited to be getting to this hostel because they had free internet - the best ever! That's when I was finally able to even start this blog haha. Anyway, Goteborg is one of the largest cities in Sweden (not that there are many...) maybe the second largest after Stockholm? And it was nice - on Tuesday, the 24th, we were able to walk around a do a lot of strolling and shopping, there's not a lot to see in Goteborg, but according to our guidebook, it's a "good strolling city", so we strolled haha. However, since I had somehow dyed some of our clothes dark purple that morning in the wash, and had to rewash my pants by hand, I had to wear my only other choice... a skirt, so I was freezing in the wind! But other than that it was nice! All turned out well with the pants... 2 weeks later my pants are still a much darker gray that either of them started as, but oh well, at least I like the color!

beers we tried at a local pub :)We had some tasty pizza for dinner and talked to our nice hostel roommate before bed - and used more free internet - we hadn't even checked our email for the 4 days in Norway because it was so expensive! So all in all, Goteborg was nice, although I'd always tell you to go to Stockholm out of all 4 of the cities we visited in Sweden and Norway!
